We have a range of high quality bespoke brochures and have the ability to create a HD video brochure of your property. You will approve all marketing material before launching to the market.

Marketing/ Initial stages

We commence canvassing the property by making personal contact with potential buyers whom we know are looking for a home of a specific style. Many of these buyers will have been disappointed in their efforts to buy property recently in your area. Buyers rely on us to contact them immediately if we believe we have something suitable.

As the properties have been seen by the office team we are particularly adept at selecting buyers and arranging viewings. Details of all properties we are instructed to sell are automatically forwarded to all names on our computer mailing list that match the properties criteria. We continue by canvassing your property throughout the sales campaign with the intention of creating maximum interest as quick as possible.

Marketing/Progress Reporting and Conclusion

As soon as an offer is received, we will notify you both verbally and in writing.
